for Munnar is not good in ambience, standards/quality, comfort and location wise. Also, when requested for a nice beach for kids, we got kovalam beach which is very far from Kumarakom and instead could have been suggested with Cherai beach, Kochi. So, it wasted half the day due to travel time. But the trip coordination was good, places are really nice. The hotel rooms in other places are nice for family and kids. Overall a great experience at Kerala. We will visit again.

ghly humid climate condition we didn't even get clean water for bath ,this area need to be improved.. The Climate of munnar was best that to in this summer, The view from resort , munnar garden ,tea garden was something that We will always remembered... Thekkady climate was also best, and of course the cultural program of Kerala that we have seen in Thekkady was the best..

tye travel trangle. One important suggestion is while travelling from Cochin to munnar , munnar to tekkedi and tekeddi to back water it takes 4 to 5 hours at each destination. There us also limitation of speed lock. So when I m returning back from back water to Cochin airport where I m expecting to cover places in kochi, we are failed to even cover single place due to time constraints which driver has told that if we leave at 7 am we would b able to cover the places. So my genuine request is ask driver to told one day advance to leave hotel at 7am or 8 am sothat no traveller should missed out places. As no such specific information given we left hotel with leisure and resulted into missing visiting places. So drivers should b trained and told to share in advance approx time reqd to travel and plan early moving from hotel at 7 am.

ned for some time and as a result in the last moment our houseboat was changed.Everything should be crystal clear from beforehand so that the people don't get unnecessary Harrassment for the inconvenience caused. Please work upon that Munnar sight seeing was very great.

ional park in Munnar. N ticket booking is accepted only via the e-ticket kiosk for which we wasted almost an hour trying to do the bookings. Their wi - fi there never worked. If the trip advisor could Inform travelers in advance which network works well specially in Munnar then may b the travellers could arrange for a sim before hand. Also there is an option for ticket booking for the wild life boating online. But not all travelers r aware of the same. That could b also informed so that the tickets can be booked Atleast 1 day in advance. Overall experience was satisfactory.. also the waterfalls in summer r dry. This is not mentioned to the travellers so sight seeing to these places r not worth it. Something better can be planned instead Have taken back some good memories from the trip. The back water house boat experience was good. The boat had wooden carvings.. our driver also was very cooperative n took good care of us during the trip. Would recommend the same driver to more passengers travelling in the future.
